ARCTA is presently a private, points-only development build. If something fails, feels unsafe, misrepresents a reward or blocks access, please report it from the game.
How to report a problem
- Open ARCTA.
- Open the Settings button.
- Use Report a problem and choose the closest fixed category.
- Keep the ARCTA reference shown after submission.
The current report deliberately accepts no free text, name, email address or device identifier. This limits personal-data collection during private testing.
What support can do now
- Review privacy, safety, reliability, access and misleading-reward categories.
- Pause testing when a report indicates a serious release risk.
- Confirm whether a fixed-category report was addressed, duplicated or could not be reproduced.
Current limits
There is no wallet, payment, cash reward, token transfer or public airdrop to support. ARCTA cannot restore an anonymous record if both the browser record and its optional recovery key are lost. A verified public support email and response-time commitment must be added before public store submission.
